Power BI Project- HR Data Analysis

 

HR Data Analysis Data set has been downloaded from https://www.kaggle.com/datasets

Page 1 shows Total employees count and and total active employees using cards, and active employees based on education using Donut chart and active employees using departments and gender using stacked column chart.

Page 2 shows attrition count and attrition rate using cards and attrition count based on education using Tree map and used a slicer with departments.

Page 3 shows attrition count and attrition rate using cards and attrition count based on education field using Pie chart and used a slicer based on Gender and age band for filter.

 Page no 4 shows the avg year of employees in the company, avg age, age employees salary using card, Business travels based on gender using stacked column chart, number of attrition per year at company in shown area chart, Job roles based on gender shown using matrix.

Page 5 shows the dashboard of the Hr data analysis used slicer with education type, and used five cards showing total employees, attrition count, attrition rate, total active employee and average year of employee at company, Pie chart for attrition count based on department, attrition count based on age and gender using stacked column chart, attrition count based on education field using stacked bar chart, Job Satisfaction based on roles using matrix, No of years in organization using area chart and attrition rate per age band using tree map.
